The building houses offices, a hotel, and shops, so access to the lobby and common areas is usually open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Important note: the famous Observation Deck recently closed to the public due to residential conversion, but you can still visit the impressive Hilton Netherland Plaza inside.
