The Alanya Cable Car operates seasonally, generally from April to October, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (check for changes in the low season). You can access it from the base station in Damlataş Neighborhood, next to Damlataş Cave. To confirm current hours, visit the official website.

Approximate prices are €15 for adults and €7.50 for children aged 6 to 12, with discounts sometimes available on round-trip tickets. We recommend buying at the ticket office or checking online offers on the official website for up-to-date information.

The ride lasts 6 minutes each way, but allow 1 to 2 hours in total to enjoy the panoramic views, explore Alanya Castle, accessible from the top, and take photos of the Mediterranean and the city.

Opened in 2007, the cable car connects the city with Alanya Castle, a UNESCO heritage site and a 13th-century fortress built by Sultan Kayqubad I. It is a modern way to reach this historic landmark while enjoying unique views.

Sunset is magical for its golden sea views, and spring and autumn offer mild temperatures. Avoid the middle of the day in summer, when it is very hot. In high season, July and August, arrive before 11:00 AM to avoid queues.

The cable car cabins can accommodate foldable wheelchairs, but inform the staff in advance. However, access to the fortress at the top includes uneven ground. Contact them beforehand at +90 242 511 18 47 to confirm specific needs.

Wear comfortable shoes for walking around the castle, and bring water and sun protection. Plan to arrive 30 minutes before closing time to avoid rushing. A camera is essential. If you travel in summer, choose light clothing and a cap.
