Audio Guide of Khao Luang Cave

The cave is open daily from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM as part of Phra Nakhon Khiri Historical Park. You can reach it by going up Khao Wang Hill using a funicular (20 THB round trip) or by stairs; the cave is about a 10-minute walk from the top. More info on the official Tourism Thailand website.

Admission to Phra Nakhon Khiri Park, which includes the cave, costs 40 THB for Thai nationals and 80 THB for foreigners. There is no extra fee for the cave, but add 20 THB for the optional funicular. Check updated prices on the TAT portal.

About 30 to 45 minutes is recommended for the cave alone, exploring its stalactites and inner temple. If you include the full park, allow 2 to 3 hours. It is a relaxed visit without rushing.

It is not very accessible: you need to climb steep stairs or take the funicular to the top, and then there are more steps inside the cave. There are no ramps or wheelchair adaptations; it is recommended for people with good mobility.
