Audio Guide of the Koh Lanta Elephant Sanctuary

The sanctuary is open every day from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It is located in the south of the island and can be reached by taxi or motorcycle. We recommend contacting them to confirm schedules and routes: Official Website.

Experiences range from ฿1,800 to ฿3,500 (50-100 USD). They include feeding, walking with, and bathing the elephants. Advance booking is required on their official website.

The full experience lasts 3-4 hours (half day), although full-day packages with additional activities with the rescued elephants are also available.

It is an ethical center that rescues elephants from the tourism industry and forced labor. It prioritizes their well-being in a natural habitat and promotes conservation education.

From November to April (dry season), with cool mornings (8:00-10:00 a.m.) ideal for seeing the elephants active and avoiding the hottest hours.
