The reception is usually open on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM during the high season. The club is located in Kungsbacka, easily accessible from the E6 motorway, and you can check for schedule changes on its official website.

Green fee rates are dynamic, generally ranging between 500 and 900 SEK depending on the season and time of day. It is essential to book your tee time in advance, especially on weekends, through the Swedish golf system or by contacting the club.

To complete a round on its 18-hole championship course, we recommend planning for about 4 and a half hours. If you only want to use the practice area or the 9-hole course, 2 hours will provide a satisfying experience.

Forsgården is a club of great historical prestige, famous for having hosted the Volvo Scandinavian Masters of the European Tour in 1993 and 1996. Its design combines parkland and links styles that have challenged some of the best professionals in the world.

The ideal season runs from late April to early October, with June and July being the best months thanks to the mild weather and long daylight hours. Playing here during the Swedish summer is a unique experience because of the brightness of the surroundings.

Forsgården’s terrain is notably flat and easy to get around, which greatly improves accessibility. The club offers buggy rentals, although it is recommended to reserve them in advance by contacting reception.

Just a short distance away you can visit the Hede Fashion Outlet, one of the largest shopping centers in western Sweden. We also recommend Tjolöholm Castle, an architectural gem located by the sea about 20 minutes away by car.

Pay close attention to the wind, as this is an open course and it often has a major influence on playing strategy. Also, don’t leave without trying the club restaurant, which offers excellent traditional Swedish lunch options (Lunch of the Day).
