Opening hours vary by season: from November to March it is open from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and from April to October until 7:00 PM. It is located at Partida de Elche, 46. Yes, the entire route is accessible except for some viewpoints in the African safari area. They offer free wheelchairs (advance booking at ☎ +34 966 657 026). The parking area has reserved spaces next to the main entrance.
Ten minutes away is the Palm Grove of Elche (World Heritage Site) and the MAHE. Fifteen kilometers away are the beaches of Santa Pola. From Alicante (25 km), you can visit Santa Bárbara Castle.
