Mogren Beach is a public beach and therefore has no fixed opening or closing hours—you can visit at any time! It is reached via a scenic coastal path from Budva Old Town, which takes about 10–15 minutes on foot. There is no direct car access, which makes it even more charming.

Absolutely! Mogren Beach owes its name to a Spanish sailor called Mogrini who, according to local legend, was shipwrecked on its shores. In gratitude for having his life saved, he built a small church on the rocks of the beach dedicated to the Madonna, who is believed to protect sailors.

The best time to visit Mogren Beach is during the summer months (June to September), when the weather is warm and the Adriatic water is perfect for swimming. To avoid the crowds, I suggest going early in the morning or later in the afternoon. The sunsets from here are unforgettable.

Unfortunately, access to Mogren Beach can be challenging for people with reduced mobility. The path from Budva Old Town includes steps and a rocky trail, and the beaches themselves are a mix of sand and pebbles. There are currently no ramps or specific facilities for wheelchairs.
