Mikimoto Pearl Island is open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (last admission at 4:30 PM). To get there, take the bus from JR or Kintetsu Toba Station (20 minutes). More details on the official website.

1) Do not miss the ama demonstrations at 9:30, 10:30, 1:00 PM, and 2:30 PM (confirm times). 2) At the Pearl Select workshop, you can take home your own mounted pearl (from ¥2,000). 3) Wear comfortable shoes! There are stairs between exhibitions.
