The sanctuary is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. in summer and until 6:00 p.m. in winter; check the official website for exact hours. You can get there on foot via walking paths (20–30 minutes from the center of Vicenza), by bus line 4, or by funicular from Viale Rodolfi (operates from 9:20 a.m. to 7:20 p.m., €1.50 one way).

Admission to the sanctuary and basilica is completely free. You only pay if you use the funicular (€1.50 per ride) or visit the adjoining museum (suggested donation of €3).

A complete visit, including the basilica, the museum, and the panoramic views, takes between 1 and 2 hours. If you walk up, add another 30–45 minutes.
