The beach is open 24 hours a day, as it is a public beach with no restricted hours. To get there, the best option is to take a taxi from central Marsa Matruh (30 minutes) or rent a car. Exact location: Google Maps.

Access to the beach is completely free. You only pay for additional services such as umbrella rental (about 50-100 EGP/day) or water activities. There are no lockers or access control.

Ideally, you should spend at least half a day to enjoy the swimming, the views, and the famous phenomenon of the 'singing sands.' Many visitors combine the visit with other nearby beaches such as Cleopatra Beach for a full beach day.

Agiba is known for its 'singing sands': when you walk on certain dunes, the sand produces musical sounds because of its unique composition. In addition, its natural cliffs and crystal-clear waters make it one of the most picturesque beaches on Egypt's Mediterranean coast.

From June to September (summer) for warm weather (28-32°C), although it is peak season. For fewer crowds and mild temperatures, choose May or October. Sunset is the magical time of day, when the sand takes on golden tones.

As it is a natural beach, access is not formally adapted. The area closest to the parking lot has gentle slopes, but assistance is recommended for wheelchairs. The best option is to contact local hotels such as Ageeba Village, which offer specialized services.

Less than 15 minutes away by car, you will find Cleopatra Beach (with caves according to legend), the Rommel Museum (the German general's cave headquarters), and the Romantic Lagoon. More information at Egypt.Travel.
