As a public natural beach, access is open 24 hours a day, year-round. It can only be reached on foot via a coastal path of about 15 minutes from the nearby village of Milna, as there is no direct car access.

Access to the beach is completely free for all visitors. However, if you want to use the sun loungers or umbrellas offered by the small local restaurant during the high season, you will need to pay the corresponding rental fee.

I recommend setting aside at least half a day, around 3 or 4 hours, to enjoy it at a relaxed pace, since the walk requires some effort. It is the ideal place to relax, swim, and unwind without rushing.

Its main attraction is that it is one of the few natural sandy beaches on an island dominated by stones and rocks. Its fine sand and shallow turquoise waters make it a highly prized geological gem in the Adriatic.

To avoid intense heat during the access walk, it is best to go early in the morning or late in the afternoon. The months of June and September offer perfect weather with far fewer crowds than in the height of August.

Unfortunately, due to the uneven terrain of the rocky trail from Milna, the beach is not wheelchair accessible and is not recommended for people with severe mobility difficulties.

A short distance away is Milna Beach, which is easier to access, and the famous Srebrna Beach, or Silver Beach. You can also take the opportunity to explore the nearby islets by renting a boat in the area.

It is essential to bring comfortable footwear for the walk and sun protection, as natural shade is very limited. Although there is a restaurant in season, bringing your own water is always a smart decision to stay hydrated.
