El Infiernito Archaeological Park is generally open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We recommend checking the exact hours before your visit on the official website of the Colombian Institute of Anthropology and History (ICANH). To get there from Villa de Leyva, you can take a taxi, a local bus toward Moniquirá and get off at the turnoff, or even go by bicycle if you enjoy riding—it's about 5 km away!

Admission to El Infiernito has a nominal entrance fee. There are generally different rates for Colombians, foreigners, and students with valid ID. We recommend confirming updated prices directly with the park administration or on the ICANH website.

An hour and a half to two hours is enough to explore the archaeological site at a relaxed pace, read the informational signs, and take some photos. It is a compact space, but full of history, so take your time with every detail!
