The cathedral is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and on weekends until 7:00 pm. For access to the towers, it is recommended to arrive before 5:30 pm. Admission is free, but check special hours by calling +57 (6) 881 24 24.
Visiting the interior is free, although donations for maintenance are accepted. Access to the panoramic towers has a fee (approx. COP 10,000, 2024). Check updated prices on their website.

It is a symbol of Manizales and the tallest Neo-Gothic cathedral in the Americas (1928–1939). It survived fires and earthquakes. Its towers offer unique views of the Coffee Region and the Nevados. It has been cultural heritage since 1984.
Clear mornings (8:00 am to 11:00 am) for panoramic views from the towers. Avoid Sunday Masses (10:00 am and 12:00 pm) if you are looking for quiet. Afternoons are cooler because of its elevation (2,150 m above sea level).
The main church has step-free access, but the towers are accessible only by stairs. The ticket office can arrange adapted guided visits. Contact them in advance at +57 318 745 2091 for special assistance.
Within 5 minutes: Bolívar Square (historic center) and the Recinto del Pensamiento. Within 10 minutes: the Chipre Viewpoint and Los Yarumos Ecopark. Combine your visit with the Caldas Art Museum.
