Viña Sánchez Loria es una bodega histórica en el Valle del Aconcagua, fundada en 1886, que combina tradición vitivinícola con una imponente casona patrimonial y viñedos centenarios.
The winery is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It is located in San Felipe, Aconcagua Valley, with access via Route 60 CH-60 (the former International Highway). We recommend checking hours on its website or calling +56 34 247 1758 before visiting.
The tasting tour costs approximately CLP 10,000 per person (2024 reference price). It includes a guided tour of the historic facilities and a tasting of its signature wines. Book online on its visits page.
The guided visit lasts approximately 1 to 2 hours, depending on the type of experience selected. It includes a tour of the old vineyard, historic cellars, and a tasting of 3 to 4 premium house wines.
Founded in the 19th century (1890), it is one of the oldest wineries in the Aconcagua Valley. Its facilities preserve traditional Chilean winemaking architecture and century-old production techniques that blend French heritage with local identity.
The ideal season is from September to March. In spring (September to November) you will see the vineyards in bloom, while in autumn (March to April) you can enjoy the changing foliage. Mornings are cooler and less crowded than afternoons.
As it is a historic property, some areas have limited accessibility. There are adapted areas in the tasting room and reception, but we recommend contacting them in advance at +56 34 247 1758 to arrange specific needs.
We recommend combining your trip with: 1) Jahuel Hot Springs, 2) San Felipe Main Square, 3) the Aconcagua Valley Wine Route. More info at VisitChile.
1) Wear comfortable shoes (the route has uneven surfaces), 2) Book 48 hours in advance, 3) Bring sun protection and a hat. There is also a shop with local products and a picnic area available by prior reservation.
