Baba Vanga’s Residence in Petrich (near Sandanski) is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM during high season. You can get there by bus from Sandanski (20 minutes) or by car via the E79 road; free parking is available. More details on the official tourism website.

Admission costs 10 BGN (about 5 EUR) for adults, 5 BGN for children and students, and is free for children under 7. It includes access to the house museum and exhibitions; buy tickets at the entrance.

A typical visit lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour, enough time to tour the house, the rooms, and the exhibitions about her life. If you want to read everything at a relaxed pace, allow 1.5 hours.

The residence was the home of Baba Vanga, the famous blind Bulgarian mystic who lived there from 1970 until her death in 1996, known for her prophecies. Today it is a museum that preserves her belongings and attracts visitors for its mystical and cultural legacy.

Spring (April-June) or autumn (September-October) are ideal because of the mild weather and fewer tourists. Avoid midday in summer because of the heat; early morning is perfect for crowd-free photos.
