Estructura icónica de 110 metros en Curitiba que brinda vistas panorámicas de 360 grados de la ciudad y sus alrededores, un símbolo moderno de innovación y orgullo local.
Curitiba's Panoramic Tower is open Tuesday to Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. It is located in the Mercês neighborhood, at Rua Professor Lycio Grein de Castro Vellozo, s/n. You can get there easily on the Linha Turismo sightseeing bus (Panoramic Tower stop).
It is completely free! You do not need to buy tickets or book in advance to enjoy the views from the tower. Just arrive during opening hours.
The full visit takes about 30 to 45 minutes. This includes going up to the lookout, enjoying the 360° views of the city, and taking photographs. If you visit on very busy days, allow a few extra minutes for waiting.
Opened in 1991, it is an urban icon that symbolizes the city's modernization. Its 109.5-meter design is inspired by the Eiffel Tower and it serves as the official lookout point of the capital of Paraná.
In spring and summer (October to March), with clear skies. The best times are early in the morning (9:00-10:30 a.m.) or before closing (5:00-6:00 p.m.) for spectacular sunsets. Avoid Sundays because they are more crowded.
Yes, it has an electric elevator and access ramps in all areas. In addition, the public restrooms are adapted for wheelchairs in accordance with Brazilian ABNT standards.
We recommend Tingui Park (700 meters away) and the Ukrainian Memorial (1.5 km away). Both highlight the region's cultural diversity.
Bring sunscreen and a hat—the metal structure reflects a lot of heat. Wear comfortable shoes (there are optional stairs next to the elevator) and warm clothing if you go later in the day, as the winds at the top are strong.
