The beach is public and open 24 hours a day, but jet ski and equipment rental stands usually operate from 09:00 to 19:00 during the high season. I recommend going early to make sure equipment is available.

Access to the beach is free; however, activities such as jet skis or boat rides have rates that vary by provider (payment is usually in cash and prices can sometimes be negotiated). It is a good idea to carry small Algerian dinar notes.

To enjoy the sun and try an activity such as jet skiing, I suggest setting aside at least half a day, around 3 to 4 hours. If you only want to look around or take a short walk, one hour is enough.
